What is your reaction to people like Nancy Pelosi wanting to bring back the Fairness Doctrine by an act of congress?

What do you think about a bill called the Broadcaster Freedom Act (H.R.226) Sponsored by Rep. Mike Pence of Indiana, that has been held up in committee since 2007 and what would you tell your audience to do to get it passed?

What are your thoughts on an effort by the same people behind the effort to revive the Fairness Doctrine may try to achieve the same thing through Localism via "Stacking the Deck" of the local Community Advisory Boards with people who are of the same idiology as them?
